56 gas stations in the German states of Thuringia and Saxony go to a subsidiary of the Polish oil group PKN Orlen.

OMV has decided on a new buyer, since the time of conclusion of the Federal Cartel Authority’s objection to the acquisition of the service stations by TOTAL was not foreseeable.
