The new major shareholder at Telekom Austria, Ronny Pecik, installs a third management board member. The supervisory board will be enlarged.

Pecik, who reaffirmed that he will get more involved in Telekom´s operating business, wants changes in Telekom´s executive structure. By May 23, the next annual general meeting wil be held.
