The supervisory board of Telekom Austria has agreed on the extension of the contract with the management board member Hans Tschuden. The decision was taken unilaterally.
Thus, Tschuden will remain as CFO until March 2015. The contract may be extended by two further years, unless the supervisory board decides explicitly that Tschuden´s contract expires in March 2015.
