The Austrian manufacturer of packaging materials is preparing bankruptcy proceedings for the Swiss sawmill in Ems.

After the negative vote by the Swiss regional parliament for a financial contribution, Mayr-Melnhof is preparing the bankruptcy petition. A grant by the Canton for € 5.2m was herewith discarded.
