850 respondents were asked their opinion before Wednesday’s summit meeting. 71% believe that the package is disadvantageous for Austria.

A survey conducted by the Carinthian motive research institute Humaninstitut found that 64% of the Austrian population is opposed to the EU rescue package that should support financially weak member countries. Data was collected before the summit meeting’s new agreement of Wednesday night.
Only 24% of respondents in the survey declared themselves in favor of the rescue package.…
