INA Underlines Interest in OMV´s Petrol Stations

The Croatian oil group wants to take over the petrol station business of Austrian OMV in Croatia and Bosnia.

In order to acquire OMV´s stations, INA may have to sell a part of its petrol stations. According to analysts, INA operates about 100 loss-making stations.
