Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that MOL the country’s largest company by market capitalization, is leaving the € 7.9bn ($ 10.4bn) Nabucco natural gas pipeline project.

The natural gas pipeline project faces again severe troubles. “I’m not an expert on the details, but what I have seen is that even the Hungarian company, MOL, is leaving the whole project,” Orban told reporters in Brussels today, adding that “Nabucco is in trouble.”
