The Austrian developer of tourism projects is expanding in the CEE region. The premium segment in the hotel industry is to be strengthened.

Falkensteiner sees high potential in the Serbian capital, Belgrade. The tourism industry is still relatively weak there. The city with a population of 1.6m registered less than a tenth of the overnight stays in Vienna. Currently, Belgium has three five-star and 15 four-star hotels.
