Despite earlier statements to the contrary, Austria could now agree to the extension of the European Saving’s Directive (EUSD) during tomorrow’s ECOFIN meeting in Brussels.

Ahead of tomorrow’s meeting of the Eurogroup in Brussels, Deputy Chancellor and Finance Minister Michael Spindelegger announced that if Luxembourg agreed to the extension of the savings’s directive, Austria will do the same.
