Listed enterprises in the European Union do not have to present quarterly reports from 2015 on.

The European Parliament approved the respective reform of EU Transparency Directive. Thus the statutory obligation for the presentation of respective results will be dropped. Enterprises still can publish quarterly reports voluntarily or on demand of stock exchanges.
