According to TI´s corruption index, Austria lost several places again.

Austria´s ranking becomes worse from year to year. In 2005, the country has reached the fifth place. Last year, Austria ranked 16. This year, Austria fell back on the 25th place. Transparency International measures the vulnerability of the public administration sector to corruption. Compared to other EU countries, Austria´s ranking is only in the middle field.
