Corruption causes damages of € 26bn in Austria. According to a study, 11% of the Austrian interviewees felt affected by corruption.

For 80% of the Austrians, corruption is one of the biggest problems of the country. In the EU, the average agreement came at 74%. 11% of the interviewees stated that they were affected directly by corruption. In the EU, the average agreement is 8%.
