Changes in Petrom’s Executive Board

Petrom, the largest oil and gas producer in Southeastern Europe, announces a change in its Executive Board. Starting September 1, 2012.

By decision of Petrom’s Supervisory Board, the Executive Board will have a new member: Mr. Cristian Secoşan, responsible for Gas and Power. The new member of Petrom’s Executive Board succeeds Hilmar Kroat-Reder, who will continue as Board member of OMV Group entities in Turkey.
