Austria's pension funds generated an income of around € 800m in 2010. The annual performance is above the long-term average.

According to the Association of Austrian Pension Funds, the 2010 annual performance is 6.61%, above the level of the long-term investment section of 5.95%. The pension assets of workers and pensioners entitled to a corporate pension increased to € 14.79bn.
