Nearly half the Austrian salaried employees do not expect to work until reaching normal retirement age.

These are the results found by the Arbeiterkammer (Workers’ Chamber) and the opinion research institute IFES. Overall, 46% of salaried workers consider it unlikely that they will work in their profession until the normal retirement age.
