The Austrian economic research institute WIFO forecasts that 173,000 new jobs will be created until 2016.

The average employment growth rate per year comes at 0.9%, WIFO says. Until 2016, the number of jobs will grow to 3.4 million. About two thirds of the additional jobs will be occupied by women, the institute says.
