Consumer price inflation remained at +2.8% (HICP +2.9%) in November 2012.

The annual inflation rate of the consumer price index measured by Statistics Austria was 2.8% in November 2012 (October 2.8%, September 2.7%). Price dynamics were high for food (+3.6%) and restaurants (+3.9%), a slight downward pressure came from mineral oil products with a relatively moderate price increase of +2.7% in November (October +8.1%).
