Austria: Economic Growth Accelerates
In the fourth quarter in 2013 GDP increased by 0.3 percent compared to the previous quarter and by 0.9 percent year-on-year.

A flash estimate by the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (Wifo) shows that economic growth has accelerated in the fourth quarter last year. GDP in Austria grew by 0.3 percent in real terms compared to the previous quarter and by 0.9 percent in the same period a year ago. The growth rate for the entire year 2013 came at 0.3 percent.
