Yesterday, AUA´s supervisory board decided to move the operating part of the airline to the own subsidiary Tyrolean. The regional airline´s salaries are lower by 25% compared to those of AUA. AUA´s CEO Jaan Albrecht underlined that the step was essential for AUA´s survival.
