Hannes Androsch, head of the Hypo Group task force, thinks that the former Austrian government has made serious mistakes.

In Androsch´s view, the reasons for the disaster of the nationalized lender Hypo Group Alpe Adria goes back a few years. In 2009, when Hypo group Alpe Adria was nationalized, the former Austrian government did not fully recognize the riskiness of the deal, Androsch says in an interview with the Austrian news magazine “Standard”.
