The Austrian steel company may revive plans next year to build a plant abroad as rising demand boosts prices.

“We will probably resume the discussion on a new plant in 2012”, CEO Wolfgang Eder said in an interview. “It will depend on the development of the economy, the debt situation and the banks. It would then take four to five years until we could actually start production”, he explained.
