The number of passengers handled by Vienna International Airport in October 2010 rose by 11.4% year-on-year to 1,828,204. Flight movements increased by 3.8%, maximum take-off weight (MTOW) by 14.4% and cargo by 2.8%. Transfers through Vienna were 11.7% higher in October 2010 than in October 2009.
