Only one day before his resignation, outgoing Prime Minister Petr Necas of the Czech Republic announced to journalists in Warsaw that he and his counterparts supported this idea. Earlier Necas had met with the Prime Minister of the other Visegrad countries and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at the Warsaw Castle to discuss this matter. “We are supporter of such agreements,” Necas announced. He regards the agreement with Japan as a potential which has not been used so far. According to him, it was important to break down barriers in the international trade.
