The second-biggest Austrian insurance group goes public again. According to insiders, the order books are closed.

In order to finance the expansion into the CESEE region, Uniqa carries out a capital increase, which is attended by Raiffeisen Centrobank, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. The capital increase has a size of € 750m. After the transaction, Uniqa will have enough funds for the expansion program, CEO Andreas Brandstetter explained.

Uniqa´s free float will increase from 7% to 36%.…
