The U.S. rating agency S&P dashes hopes that Austria may get back its “AAA” soon. Austrian banks may still face risks as the crisis is over yet, S&P says.

“There is no time horizon and rating decisions are not foreseeable.” S&P´s analyst Alois Strasser said. This week, Fitch confirmed the “AAA” for Austria. S&P downgraded the nation in January from “AAA” to “AA+”. Moody´s confirmed the best rating in February.
