Despite the lost „AAA“, Austria´s interest rate on recently issued bonds is on a record low.

Last week, Austria issued 5-year sovereign bonds with a volume of € 1.2bn. Demand was slightly higher than the 5-year bonds and twice as high as the bond volume.
