According to market rumors, the Vienna-listed telecommunication group is interested in taking over Serbia Broadband.

For Telekom Austria, Serbia is a highly interesting market. In 2012, the privatization of Telekom Srbija has failed. Telekom Austria was the last remaining bidder, the government and TA could not agree on a sales price, though.
