The investment company Wingefors Invest AB announced the acquisition of the insolvent Styrian game producer JoWood. The Swedish investor’s subsidiary GO (Game Outlet Aktiebolag) is going to take over the major part of the company’s assets in Austria as well as 95% of its affiliated firm SC Quantic LAB in Romania.
