Over the last year losses in the banking sector tripled to almost € 1.1bn.

In the period from January to November last year losses in the Slovenian banking industry saw a three-fold increase compared to the same period in 2012, as reported by “Slovenia Times”. The reason for this dramatic development is the rise in provisions and the sharp decline in revenues.
