Slovenia’s Central Bank does not reject the idea of international bailout funds for the ailing banking sector any more. “We do not want to exclude or predict anything,” member of the European Central Bank’s (ECB) governing board Marko Kranject announced. Kranjec welcomed an external audit for Slovenian banks demanded by the European Commission last week.
