Slovakia: Industrial Production Declining
In December 2012, industrial production index (IPI) decreased after a long-term year-on-year growth (since November 2009).

Compared with December 2011, it decreased by 4,4 % as a result of a fall in manufacturing by 5,8 %, in mining and quarrying by 8,2 %. It increased by 3,4 % in electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning supply.
