In the third quarter of 2013, transactions in the office market were down substantially.

In total, transactions in the office market came at 19,014m2. Compared with the previous quarter, this is a 27% decrease. Against the third quarter of 2012, transactions fell 39%, according to the Bratislava Research forum.
79% of the transactions were new leases and 21% were extensions of existing contracts.
