Slovakia: Property Prices on the Fall
The Slovak property market continues the downward trend. In late summer, property prices have reached a five-year low.

In the third quarter of 2013, Slovakia´s residential property price was down by 1.6% year-on-year. Compared to the second quarter, prices were down by 0.8%.
