Romania plans to generate at least EUR 1 billion from the issuance of a second bond this year in an attempt to fill its budget deficit, as reported by Bloomberg newswire, quoting Liviu Voinea, the Romanian Budget Minister. The country aims to raise € 2.5bn on international markets in 2013, issuing $ 1.5bn at a fresh low yield of 4.5 percent in February.
