Romania: Growth Rates to Exceed Forecasts

According to the autumn forecast published by the EU Commission on Tuesday, Romania will exceed the previous estimates.

The country’s economic growth is now expected to come at 2.2. percent this year while earlier it was projected at 1.6 percent. In 2014 growth is supposed to increase by 2.1 percent instead of the anticipated 2.2 percent.
This year’s inflation rate is supposed to come at 3.3 percent on a year-on-year comparison basis, drop to 2.5 percent next year and increase again to 3.4…
