The subsidiary of the Austrian Raiffeisen Leasing sells Bulgarian wind parks to Lukerg Renew.

Raiffeisen Energy & Environment (REE) disposes two wind parks in Bulgaria, which contains 20 wind power plants. In total, the performance of the wind park reaches 40 MW. The deal still has to be examined by the Bulgarian Competition Authority. The buyer, Lukerg Renew, agreed on a price of € 52m with REE.
REE expects that the sale may be closed in the first half of 2012.…
