In order to boost Poland´s economic growth, the government wants to ease the fiscal discipline.

After a series of base rate cuts, the economic growth does not accelerate at all. Since the end of 2011, Poland has been registering a visible economic slowdown. In the first quarter of 2013, GDP growth only was 0.1%. What is more, Poland´s National Bank NBP expects that the country´s economic performance will not improve visibly this year.
