According to Poland´s Minister of Finance, a common supervision for banks is “not interesting”.

Poland rejects the proposal of the EU-Commission on the planned banking union. “At the moment, the proposal is not interesting at all for us.” Finance Minister Jacek Rostowski says. According to the Commission, ECB should also supervise those countries, which are not members of the Eurozone. Rostowski explains that Poland has no voting right in the Council of ECB.
