Poland: PKO BP Takes over Nordea’s Insurance Division

Polish financial market regulator KNF has finally approved the takeover of life insurance company Nordea TUnZ by PKO BP.

Earlier, the Polish bank has extended the subscription period in the tender offer to April 1. However, the acquisition of Nordea Bank Polska will be negotiated in a separate meeting at the beginning of next week, as announced by market regulator KNF.
