The Polish bank intends to found a mortage bank around the beginning of the year 2015.

PKO BP is planning to establish a mortgage bank as soon as the end of 2014 and therefore filed a motion with financial market regulator KNF, as announced by the banking institute in a press release. The bank is planning to sell as much as 30 percent of mortgages via the separate bank, according to the bank’s own information.
