Poland: Slight Drop in 2013 Banks’ Profits
Polish banks displayed a total net profit of PLN 15.43 billion in the financial year 2013, which is a slight decrease of 0.3 percent on an annual comparison basis.

According to Polish financial market regulator KNF, profits of domestic banks came at PLN 15.43bn down by 0.3 percent year-on-year. Results in the fourth quarter, on the other hand, increased by 4.8 percent year-on-year and came to a total of PLN 3.6bn.
