Polish BGZ Bank will be taken over by French BNP Paribas for a selling price of around € 1bn.

Polish BGZ Bank (Bank Gospodarki Zywnosciowej SA), which up to now was part of Dutch Rabobank, will be taken over by French banking institute BNP Paribas. According to the French bank’s information, the selling price came at around one billion Euros.
