Poland has been increasing its attractivity as a location for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). This becomes evident by the numbers of personnel.

16 global corporations in this sector already engage at least 1,000 employees each. As measured by the number of employee, France Telecom is leading the way with more than 6,000 staff members followed by Capgemini and IBM with around 4,000 employees each.
