On May 23, the annual general meeting at Telekom Austria takes place. The biggest shareholder ÖIG, which holds a stake of 28.42%, seems to offer resistance to Ronny Pecik. Together with his partner Naguib Sawiris, an Egypt investor, Pecik holds about 20% in Telekom Austria and is thus the second-largest shareholder.
