The Austrian state holding ÖIAG seems to organize resistance against the new shareholder at Telekom Austria, Ronny Pecik.

On May 23, the annual general meeting at Telekom Austria takes place. The biggest shareholder ÖIG, which holds a stake of 28.42%, seems to offer resistance to Ronny Pecik. Together with his partner Naguib Sawiris, an Egypt investor, Pecik holds about 20% in Telekom Austria and is thus the second-largest shareholder.
