Telekom Austria Group has closed a long-term € 735m syndicated credit facility. The loan will serve as liquidity reserve.

Today, the Telekom Austria Group informs that Telekom Finanzmanagement GmbH, a 100% subsidiary, has successfully closed a syndicated revolving credit facility with a volume of € 735m, which replaces an existing syndicated credit facility in the amount of € 713m maturing in August 2013.
