According to Werner Kogler, financial spokesman and deputy party leader of the Austrian Greens, the Hypo commission appointed by the government is an “intolerable escape attempt”.

In an interview with Austrian daily WirtschaftsBlatt, Kogler once again demands the establishing of a parliamentary investigation committee to examine the nationalization of the ailing banking group and is confident it will eventually happen.
