The nationalized Austrian banking group has to downsize drastically. Today, Hypo Group started to put the subsidiaries in Southeastern Europe for sale.

Hypo Group´s business units in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro are for sale. The business units are held by the Austrian-based SEE Holding. Hypo Group´s subsidiaries consist of banking and leasing units. Deutsche Bank will support the selling process. Offers have to be submitted until 7 December.
