The Hungarian National Bank (MNB) lowered the key interest rate by 25 basis points down to 5.0 %. This is the eighth downgrade in a row.

Investors in the Hungarian economy have now reason to be relieved since the Hungarian National Bank cut the key interest rate by 25 basis points. It now stands at 5.0 % which is a new record low.
