GATX Rail Europe Announces Entry into Turkish Marketplace

The Vienna-based GATX Rail Europe today announced its entry into the Turkish marketplace with the deployment of newly-manufactured railway tank wagons.

These state-of-the-art, 95 cubic meter wagons, designed to efficiently carry a variety of petroleum products, are being manufactured for GATX in Turkey by R.A.I.L. Tur, Kayseri.

BP Turkey will utilize these wagons to move their refined products on the network of the Turkish Railway TCDD. GATX has arranged for TRANSTUR in Kayseri to provide management of the rail wagons’…
