According to the latest calculations, small Eurozone member states would have to pay higher transfers than Germany.

Financial Times Germany reports that Germany would not be the biggest net payer in a European Fiscal Union. FT Germany refers to calculations by M.M. Warburg. Smaller Eurozone member states like Austria, Finland and Belgium would have to grant higher transfer payments.
